We're on CRM 2013 and would like to know how to retrieve stats about reports usage.
We managed to audit the number of logins for a given period thanks to the AuditBase table.
What would be the approach to assess whether a report is effectively being used or not?

You can't get this information from CRM, though you might be able to get it from the Reporting Services log files. I'm not sure if the Reporting Services logging can give you this level of detail (though I think it can), and you'll probably have to write some code to parse the log files

Unfortunately at the moment there is no way to define what report and when was executed.
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
