Hello Forum, is anyone aware of any tooling or best practices to assure consistency of configuration of D365 Dev & Test Environments in an SDLC CI/CD pipeline?
Whilst Microsoft has solutions for managing code in the development lifecycle, I want to ensure that configuration changes are consistent across environments and reduce errors through manual change control.
Automate configuration of D365 F&O in CI/CD pipeline
Based on my experience, I have not seen any tool that does configuration changes through CI/CD pipeline across environment.
One approach is that you can create all the configuration as data package and implement in other instance, at some level that helps you to maintain some configuration across.
