I'm not familiar with the maturity date and check number (not used in my region). For the other fields, you can choose between the Excel add-in and data import export framework.

I dont need settlement, only vendor, bank, method of payment, maturity date, manual check number

It depends on what details you have in the file. Can you elaborate what needs to be imported and if you need to mark transactions for settlement or not?
