Hi folks
I wonder if anyone has ever encountered this error while trying to change User Business Unit
It seems like there is a blocking / incomplete process in the background hence there is no way that we can change the business unit, some admins ever did update on DB and I presumed that it is causing this issue as well.
Does anyone know any workaround to solve this? Many thanks for your concern and look forward for any response.
