Change User Business Unit Error

Hi folks

I wonder if anyone has ever encountered this error while trying to change User Business Unit

It seems like there is a blocking / incomplete process in the background hence there is no way that we can change the business unit, some admins ever did update on DB and I presumed that it is causing this issue as well.

Does anyone know any workaround to solve this? Many thanks for your concern and look forward for any response.

    Hi Jonas Bunawan,

    Did you try to wait for a while, then change the business unit again? The error still there?
