Hi there,
I am tasked to create PDR (personal development review) with HR talent so that the data is stored linked to the user.
I am trying to create a custom entity in either human resources talent or CDS. I have managed to create custom fields in the cdm_worker entity but as it had a 100 character limit it will deem difficult. I have created custom entities in CDS but I cannot figure out if/how HR talent can see it.
I just need a way to store data that in CDS or HR talent.

Yes, I had to create a new app and it showed up. Still not showing existing apps but that’s not really a problem.

Talent can not consume custom CDS entity, just as Andre said, the best way is by PowerApps.
It will take a little bit long time for PowerApp first time loading.
After, if the performance issue still existed, please search help from Microsoft PowerApps team.
Thanks for clearing that up. I did try and embedd a PowerApp but it would load as the loading spinner would just constantly go round and didnt prompt for the normal startup login screen. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Talent can only see it's own custom fields. You mentioned that you can't use them because of some limits. In that case, you can create new tables in the CDS database and create PowerApps using these tables. You can embed the Power App in Human Resources.
