User registration error in ADXStudio Portal 7.0.0024 in CRM 2016 due to existence of single quote in local-part of email address

Hi All,

I have an issue when an user is trying to register in our portal and his email address contains single quote in the local-part (e.g. D'Alberto@domain.com or O'Sullivan@domain.com). In such cases the next message is displayed:

but I really don't know where the problem is and I would like to know if there is a registration error log or even what is the solution if possible.

    Hi vemer10,

    You might be able to fix this issue by restarting the portal from the Dynamics 365 Portals Administration site. If this does not fix the problem then raise a support ticket with Microsoft to resolve the issue.
