I am trying to create an online trial version for one of the org . I am getting an error , that we need additional information to verify your identity .. Can you please help me how to find a way to solve this problem..

Eventhough I tried with my organizations (business )email address I get this error.
That Gmail address is my microsoft account email address ..

Now I tried to create trail on this page and I had no such issue.
I used option "Are you signing up on behalf of a customer or using this trial for development purposes? Sign up here." that is shown under apps.

I was in this URL : dynamics.microsoft.com/en-us
and clicked on Try Dynamis 365 -> Start Free
I got into this site : trials.dynamics.com/.../Signup
and Registered new trial under -> Register Here

Did you try to open it in a different browser or even in Private Browsing mode?
