i am having some problems when recording o reading some records.

One user try to mark as won an oportunity but i get an exception message "An unexpected error occurred"

i get the same error in power automate flows.

Since this error couldn't be reproduced and your error message isn't detailed, you would better raise a ticket to contact Microsoft Support.

Which app are you using, D365 Sales? And could you share the full error message?
