i have a problem that my crm don write automatically a contact from unknown Email sender (pictures 1)
So i have check the queue Creation and update rule the option "Create records for email from unknown senders" .(pictures 2)
Now my crm create a contact if the sender is unknown and everything is fine.
The problem is that i receive now the email just in the Activities entity and not more int the Queue!!!
Can anyone help me?
