RECORD CREATION AND UPDATE RULE

hello,

i have a problem that my crm don write automatically a contact from unknown Email sender (pictures 1)

So i have check the queue Creation and update rule the option "Create records for email from unknown senders" .(pictures 2)

Now my crm create a contact if the sender is unknown and everything is fine.

The problem is that i receive now the email just in the Activities entity and not more int the Queue!!!  

Can anyone help me?

    Thanks for reaching out to Dynamics Community support.

    Please check if there is a user in CRM with same email address as Queue. For Automatic Record Creation and update Rule on Queue Mailbox, the queue should have successful results for Incoming emails. The Queue Specified as source type in rule, should be enabled for incoming emails.
