    creating multiple posts (in this forum or in other forums) or contacting people directly (by mentioning them as you did with me) will not solve your problem.

    A question should be understandable by others otherwise you can't expect an answer (good or bad). 

    if you write "we need to integrate LINE messenger with dynamics crm on contact entity" which exact integration you need to implement? you want to send a message to this contact using LINE? you want to see the chat history? you want to see if a contact has a phone number registered with LINE?

    The fact that Omnichannel offers an integration doesn't mean you will have something prebuilt for the Sales module (as this case).
