Is there a way to have the link to the Custom Unified Interface visible in the main CRM navigation bar?

Is there a way to have the link to the  Custom  Unified Interface visible in the main CRM navigation bar?

I need the connection to be opened from a new window.

I have tried using the engagementhub.aspx?appid=unified interface iD plus Id=nav_interactive_service_hub, but only users of the System Administrator, System Customizer, and CSR Manager roles can display the connection. Can't configure the visibility of other users through permissions, can there be a good way to solve it?

In Sitemap, links under subarea can be controlled only by entity permissions. So we need a dummy entity (or identify some unused entity) & provide read permission for that entity to the security roles which need Unified app access.
