General Ledger budget for FY 2023

Hi all,
 
Can you tell me how to Record new General ledger budget for FY 2023 for Income & expense main accounts with department and cost centre financial dimensions, approve the budget and confirm the budget. I am new to dynamics 365 and It would be easy if the navigation was given.
