ReportI have recently configured our SharePoint site to allow for document library creation for Vendors, allowing new purchase orders to be published to the Vendor doc library by use of the 'Publish to Sharepoint' button on the PO entry screen, 04.250.00
This works great for new order, but is there any way to publish historical orders to these sites also? Once the order hits a certain point (which I am having a hard time determining exactly what that trigger is), the Publish button turns gray. This means that we cannot upload most of our outstanding orders, nor any historical orders to the respective vendor libraries.
Can anyone either offer up a way to enable historical publishing, or perhaps shed some light on the exact 'trigger' which makes a purchase order no longer available to publish?
