I am looking to find a way to create a form that is actually an internal application for candidates to fill out when they want to be granted a certain role in our company. In an effort to automate this in the past we created the application in Survey Monkey. However, the process for applying for the role requires that they fill out and submit the application which is currently in Survey Monkey and then they have to remember to go out and email a copy of their resume to me.
What I would like to do is find a method that would allow the following steps:
1. Fill out the application in a form
2. Have a way for a user to attach their resume to the form
3. Provide submit button that can only be used after the resume is submitted
4. Have the completed resume route to an approver via email where the approve is prompted to click approve once they review the information
5. Be able to go back into the system and see a list of everyone that has submitted an application
Does anyone know if we can do this with any of he 365 applications? Thanks.
