Inter-company setup for different database

I want do inter-company setup for different database. I have selected File Location in IC Inbox Type. But getting below error  when I am trying to select path for IC Inbox details.

The operation cannot complete because it uses a feature that is not supported (.NET Framework Interoperability.)
