I have two companies in two different databases. both are in same system database.
In that case, can I process inter company transaction in the single company ?
any answer is appreciated. I don't think so but just want to confirm.

Account/Sub account combos that are allowed between companies would have to be set up in the Multi-company screen in the Foundation menu.

In demo SL, I have
Demo10 database with company 0010 and 0020
Demo60 database with company 0060 and 0070
so Can i enter the transaction or code for 0060 while in company 0010 or 0020? Its doesn't allow me. Is there any options that needs to be enabled.
Your first two sentences conflict with each other so I am going to guess.
If you are asking if you can do IC transactions when your companies are in two different application databases, then the answer is yes. The demo companies that you can setup in SL give you an example of this.
