Hi
I have an entity, 'History' with a look up to the client ID from the client entity, also I have a text field for the client name on' History' that I would like auto populated when the client ID is selected. How can this be invoked without code?

Thanks Andrew, I have added a quick view form but it only show the client ID, not the other detail? I'm confused.
Hello Darren,
As for me Quick-View form is what you are looking for - you don't even need to have that additional field in your entity.
But if you want to have that field anyway and populate it without code - workflow is the solution for you but it will populate the field only after you initiated save of the form.
