GP 2013 Segment Substitution by Department

Similar to site segment substitution, we need to segment substitution by department. We only have one site but seven departments. The same item could be sold by any of the departments. We do not track quantities by department. Everything comes into one location. Does anyone have an add-on that would allow for segment substitution by department on the Sales Transaction Entry Screen?
