Not able to sign in to this community with personal account

Hi everyone,

I have a question that isn’t directly related to Dynamics topics. I’ve been trying to sign in to this community using my personal account, but each attempt just redirects me back to the sign‑in page.

Could someone confirm if personal accounts are supported here? If yes, I’d appreciate guidance on the correct procedure. I’ve already tried clearing my cache and using incognito mode, but the issue persists.

    Hey,

    I switched to personal account for some time and had the same issues. For me it worked only in a private tab and got resolved after 1 or 2 weeks.

    Hi,

    You are not alone in facing this. The Dynamics community requires a Microsoft work or school account. Personal accounts are not generally supported, which is likely causing the redirect loop. 
     
    A few things to try:
    - Sign in with Microsoft work or school account if you have.
    - Verify your account type at account.microsoft.com
    - Try a completely different browser (not just incognito)
    - If none of that works, contact Microsoft support or community admins directly

    It looks you are new on this forum. Thanks for your interaction. Note that personal accounts are supported on this forum, but it should be a Microsoft personal account.
