Hi Loveleen,
There is not a SmartList that will show this to you for every table in HRP. When you make changes to Benefits in HR, there is a benefit history track that takes place of who changed the record, there is no SmartList, but benefit history window and report, you could create a SmartList off the table if you want.
We also have the Free Tool (partner only) Detailed Activity Tracking that you can download and use, it has some tables tracked for you and a SmartList report to dump out changes of who changed the record. It uses triggers so you can create more tracking on other tables if you want.
