Since you are using CRM On-Premise, go to the Event Viewer on your CRM Server, and see if you get any ASP.NET warning messages or other CRM related errors. These usually provide additional details as to the source of the errors.
You should replicate the issue, and then navigate to the server to see the latest Event Log entries under Application Log.

Thanks, I think our CRM environment has a bigger issue, I am noticing these errors populating in many different areas.

Is the user a customizer or admin?
Under security customization tab there is a customizations privilege that may affect this.
Not certain though.
I am also getting the error when I try to edit any of the security roles, it's happening everywhere.
Yes, I get the error no matter where I try to click the advanced find filter icon.
Absolutely, I have tried Bing, Chrome, and IE11.
Also, this could be security role issue.
Do you get this when navigation to advanced find from any entity view?
