Hello,
We want our sales team to work on leads (not contacts) so that they can utilize the out of the box 'Qualify' feature when a lead is ready to move to opportunity.
Therefore, we want to share with our sales users the leads (that are paired with a parent contact for emailing) that are in a particular segment/campaign/customer journey.
Further to that, we would like to share with them different views, such as which segment members clicked on a particular email/link so that they are only following up with the people that have responded to the email.
Do you have any suggestions on how to accomplish this? Are there features of D365 that we could be utilizing to accomplish this? In Salesforce I have used the campaign object which made it very simple to add members and show what they did in each instance (open, click, unsubscribe, etc.) but I'm struggling to find this type of feature in D365. The campaigns feature in D365 doesn't seem to work the same way, but perhaps I'm missing something.
Thank you for your help in advance.
