Email Integration

Hi,

I have a CRM on premise version 2016. I need set up an email integration. i.e i need to set up mail boxes for users, so that they are able to send out emails.
How do i do this?

    Hi Rahulv,

    The email router has been deprecated and I would thus not recommend this option.  To configure Server-Side Sync, see the link below and navigate to whether you are using Exchange Online, On-Premise, or an SMTP/POP3 server:

    Hi ,

    You can configure two type of server profile to send an email  using exchange – to connect with Exchange Server, and POP-SMTP Profile – To connect to POP3 servers.

    You need to create the Exchange Profile/ set up server side sync-

    This is for CRM online, you you may need to change the few things as per your on premise environment-
