Email for multiple record via workflow

I want to create a workflow which will send email to the opportunity owners 7 days prior the estimated close date. The will be multiple opportunities falling under the criteria at same time. I dont want to send individual emails for each opportunity but all in one email. Is that possible and how?

Hi,

You can also consider using flow to achieve your requirement. I have added step by step article to implement your requirement. You just need to modify the filter condition and you are good to go.

Hello,

It's not possible using OOB workflows so you have following options:

1. Use Kaskela Workflow Elements pack to create the table with opportunities and use it to embed the table - https://kaskelasolutions.com/

2. Use Flow instead of workflows to generate table and embed it to an email.
