We are working on a support portal based on D365. The support portal will be created for internal issues, cases and ordering products. So only employees will have access to the support portal. We dont want to do a lot of modifications. but since of of our internal employees, we dont want them to sign up again but authenticatie with AAD login.
This is possible but extra: we want to make sure that details of the person which is logging in and already in AAD, that his/her attributes are also synced and filled in the fields which is populated from aad. (eg phone number, company, department etc..)
Question is now: because active directory and azure active directory are already having al employee attributes they dont want to fill it in again at the portal. Is there a way how we can (easily) sync certain attributes to D365CE portal profile page?

But with that i dont come a lot futher.
but is there someone who has created this setup already? and can help me if this is possible?
