Receiving the Invoice, Payment, Credit Memo exchange rate are via web-services.

Hello Team,

Could you clarify how to receive the Invoice, Payment, Credit Memo exchange rate are via web-services?

I receive only this parameter - <ExchangeRate xsi:nil="true"/>.
But the exchange rate for example == 2. How to receive the ExchangeRate == 2?
