Some Users can only open one or two old purchase orders

Hi,

A couple of our users can only open one or two purchase orders and then the system tries to open them but it seems to stop mid process. The only way they can get it to open is to log off and back on to it will work again for one or two purchase orders. I have tried changing permissions to see if it still happens under their accounts and it does. I did get it to stop happening temporary the other day by re-starting the computer but it is back again today. Any ideas out there?

    Hi,

is this SaaS or On-Prem BC? Also have you tried with another internet browser (for example last version of Edge)?

    Best regards,

    Renato

    Hi Guys,

It looks like I have fix it. I ran a scan disk check and found a couple of corruptions. Now it seems to be working for both users, at the moment anyway. Thanks,

    Hello,

Thank you for sharing this answer. Best practice at this point is to ensure you have made a relevant up to date backup of all your important information on that device.

Wondering why one would run scandisk to troubleshoot this specific scenario. Did you see something popping up in the application event log file / system event log file indicating a device issue? At least you found what had to be done!

    Thanks.
