Business process flow is not showing up in opportunity

Hi all,

I need to change the business process flow in Opportunity. So I changed the one in the system, renamed stages, added data steps, added more stages and updated and published the changes.

But it is still showing the Lead to opportunity oob bpf . I tried disabling the Lead to opportunity and all it did was not showing any bpf at all. What should I do? The goal is to show a bpf with renamed steps just for opportunity. The one in the Lead should stay the same.

I have the same question (1)

    Hi Learning_D365CRM,

Can you please check the switch process button? Is there any other business process flow exit? Can you please create one new record to see the changes in the business procs flow?

Let me know if I can provide you with more details.

    Thanks
    Regards,

    Hi,

Could you tell me which BPF you are modifying? the "Lead to Opportunity"?

If not, you can go to “App Designer” to add your own modified BPF.

And you can switch BPF manually on the form.

If yes, after my testing, the change works.

Go to “Lead” >> Click “Qualify”.

If you want the same BPF to have different steps on different entities, this is not feasible.
