Hello All,

I have written one custom workflow activity which takes four input parameters.

the same code works in dev and preprod but it doesn't work in the test environment.

the error i got 500 Internal server error. Can anyone help me resolving this.

it's very generic error , but don't know what are the different scenario then this happen.

Background:--

Actually my code do create a subsite with caseid in sharepoint .

Subsite url is input parameter with absolute path and caseid is another parameter to custom workflow activity.

there is another subsiteUrl say xyz.sharepoint.com/pqr/test

but my subsiteUrl is xyz.sharepoint.com/pqr but the code do not create subsite with caseid name at this path rather takes the above wrong path i.e (xyz.sharepoint.com/pqr/test)

i am confused where from it's taking this path.

Can anyone help me in resolving this.

RE: How to resolve the issue.

This issue is resolved as duplicate subsites cannot be created in the sharepoint instance else it will throw above 500 internal server error.
