Can't add product to Entitlement by workflow

I'm trying to create an Entitlement by workflow, but it's not possible to add any product to it (because of N:N relationship between Entitlement and products), is there any way to add products by workflow?

    You could try using Demian Rasko's Workflow Tools - these include a step to associate records with an N:N relationship
