Hello,
I have deployed a new D365 environment with Power Platform integration enabled. I also configured the dual-write feature and the status says that environment linking is successful, in the Power Platform Admin Center everything looks fine as well but still I am not able to install any add-ins. Referring to the documentation, at this point I should be able to see some button in the "ENVIRONMENT ADD-INS" section in LCS. What may be the cause of this problem?
Most add-ins are only supported in Tier 2 If you deployed a Tier 1 ( Dev Machine ) most add-ins are not available.
Nuno advised already if this is tier 1 then add in only supported in tier 2, if your environment is tier 2, please try to quit the LCS or refresh few times, I had the same with different projects and I would say is LCS glitch, few refresh will do the job if it is tier 2.
