I use Microsoft Dynamics POS 2.0 for my Deli store and has worked great for 5 years now. Lately the computer has been slowing and crashing at times I am almost positive the hard drive is going but no matter the issue it seems time for a new computer. I lost my information on the product all i have is the instruction manuals, CD, and product key. What I seem to be missing is my activation code Microsoft will not give me any support for my issue since I do not have a activation code. They say I need to pay 259.99 in order to get to talk to anyone? Is this worth it? or will they still not be able to support since i have lost my activation code? When I attempt to reinstall the software on a new computer the license code is not accepted. At this point I'm lost and I guess I'm too the point where I might need to buy the program once again. If anyone could help or direct me to documentation on new computer transfers. Thank You

Hi, The activate via internet will not work twice on the same registration code. The workaround is to select activate by phone and then call the toll-free activation number that is listed. I believe activating by phone should work. Regards, Tim
