Prospect not Getting converted to Customer- Error: Cannot edit a record in Retail prospect data (RetailSmmBusRelTable). The record has never been selected.

Step 1: Approve Prospect

    Hi All, We are not using Dual write but still getting errors as shown above. Does some one have any idea about this error?
