CRM hyperlink Link not working from word document

Dear Communities,

we copied hyperlink from one account and paste the same into word document but we're getting error when we hit that link in word doc.

Its working If we copy the same link and paste directly in browser and also if we save the document in onedrive then hit the link from document also working.

Please advise me to fix this issue.

Same problem here; most of our users can't use the link if it's in Word, but some users can.... The link is working fine if copy-pasted into the edge browser, but from Word its opens the default dashboard view in CRM.

It is redirect into browser but after that we're getting this errror.

Try this : Press and hold CTRL and click on the link in word and see if that works for you

Hi Beth,

There is no hidden space.

I can able to access the same link through outlook but couldn't through word document.

Check to see if there is a hidden space before or after.
