If I go to manage custom area object, I can only see 10 codeunit that I can assign, no tables, pages, xmlports which are included in Starter Pack.

All objects included in Starter Pack are already assigned on 50.000-50.009 range by default. You cannot reassign these objects. All additional objects you buy, you can assign according to your will.
