Can we handle Business Closures for different cities or countries

How we can handle business closures for different countries/states, like if there is a holiday in one country/city and not in the other country/city?

In Microsoft documentation, the business closures are for the organization. Also, it is a manage entity and we cannot customize it. So, how different organizations that are in multiple countries or cities handle business closures ?

I'm using Field Service and I have a requirement to manage business closures for different cities.

Hi.

You will have to manage those regional public holidays on the resource calendar.

You can bulk create a time off request for each resource and public holiday or you can add a non-working day on the resource calendar.

I find it easier to create one Generic Resource and Work Hours Template for each case (E.g. State A and State B). Set the work hours and public holidays and apply them to the resources.

You might need to review those public holidays next year so you maintain the generic resource and apply the templates again to the resources.
