How we can handle business closures for different countries/states, like if there is a holiday in one country/city and not in the other country/city?
In Microsoft documentation, the business closures are for the organization. Also, it is a manage entity and we cannot customize it. So, how different organizations that are in multiple countries or cities handle business closures ?
I'm using Field Service and I have a requirement to manage business closures for different cities.
