App Error

I am getting this error in my demo tenant.  This tenant had D365 Sales as well as Business Central.  I was working on the integration between them.

All of a sudden, I cannot see the sales app and I receive this message.

I have a client that is getting this as well.  They just signed up for the sales app and cannot even access it.

Has anyone seen this message and if so, what do I need to do to fix the issue?

    Hi Mary,

What happens if you navigate manually to the D365 Sales tenant by typing in the URL (typically, https://<tenant-or-instance-name>.crm.dynamics.com or https://<tenant-or-instance-name>.crm4.dynamics.com ).

For a while, we were having issues navigating to any app from the Dynamics 365 tile in the Office portal, but entering the URL directly in the browser's address bar would work.

I hope this helps. If my response has answered your question, please verify by clicking Yes next to "Did this answer your question?"

I can't tell from the screenshot what doesn't look right. Is the problem that it opened in the Service menu and not Sales?

You should be able to click the arrow next to "Service" to switch to "Sales".

If the issue is that you're not seeing the company/data you expected, then you may have navigated to a different instance. Unlike D365 Business Central (which can only have one instance within a tenant - albeit with multiple companies in an instance), the CRM apps in D365 can have multiple instances within a tenant.

If I haven't understood your correctly, please provide more details and context.
