Stats for Real Time Marketing

Is anyone getting incorrect stats?  I have a simple journey where it shows 36 emails sent, 34 delivered and 1 blocked.  When I download the data from the 3, I can identify the contacts that are not in the other lists so I then go look up the contact and review their timeline.  This is where it gets worse.  In the 34 delivered list, I identified a contact that was not in the sent list. Looking at the Timeline for this contact, I can see the email was delivered and opened, so technically the stat is correct but IMO I should have 37 emails sent.  The other odd part is that the stats do not add up, 34 + 1 <> 36!
 
Anyone getting strange results?  Also is there an easy way to resend the original email to people who called and said they never received the email (when my list to resend is 100+).  All emails are compliant and nothing blocking the list (ie no do not send).
