Demoing PO Approval with No Rights

Hi:

The administrative user ID that I have, as I just found, does not have rights to create new user IDs in Business Central.

As such, I cannot even set up e-mailing.

Is there a way to train a client on PO approvals without having the ability to set up new users or e-mailing?

    That is not so easy. If you are a partner you can go to demos.microsoft.com and create a training environment there that will give you a Azure AD tenant you can fully control.

    If you’re the administrator then can you access office 365 admin?

    open the app launcher and choose the “Admin” option if you have it. Go to users and assign a license.

    pull the users into BC with the relevant page action on the users list. You don’t need email to demo approvals. Users can access them from the web client
