we have an upgradation schedule from NAV 3.6 to NAV 2015. can any one tell me the simple way i have an experience in upgradation from nav 2009 r2 to nav 2013 r2.
but is there any direct way because we have a less time?

As José said you might have to go for a reimplementation. It is totally possible to upgrade to 2015 version, however then you have to upgrade several times during the process.
Addition to that are several keywords, data types that are not been used in the latest versions. Therefore even if you upgrade, it will required an effort similar to a reimplementation.
Do you have an idea on OCX datatype?
is it workable in Nav 2013 and above?

I don't think there is a "shortcut" if that's what you're asking. You will have to upgrade several times, version to version until you reach NAV2009 and then you can upgrade directly to NAV2015 skipping the versions in between for the most part.
In those cases that are so far out of date sometimes instead of upgrading a reimplantation is advised. This way you get the chance to start fresh without doing the mistakes of the past :-)
