Hi,
We've been asked by a customer to look at integration our cloud telephony service with Dynamics.
Reading around I find the Channel Integration Framework seems to be what I need.
How do I get started - very first step is: how do I get a test or development instance of Dynamics 365 that I can develop against?

You could apply for a trial environment for your organization as a test instance.
