Allow double booking from quick book

Hello

I wanted to ask regarding making double booking for resources at the sametime, in the schedule board it's fine as the bookings can be made but in quick book its only showing the times where the resource is free. I tried changing minimum allocation required for booking from the administration to 0% but it started showing the resource even when he doesn't have working schedule hours, any solution?
