Microsoft RMS for United Stationers is an excellent solution for "office supply" pos for stores that sell, service, or rent office products.  Microsoft RMS connects directly to United Stationers using the United Stationers Updater to allow for electronic:

  • Purchase Order Send
  • Purchase Order Confirmation
  • Individual Purchase Orders per customer
  • Customer information labelling
  • Item Price File Updates
  • Webstore featuring United Stationers or any other supplier items stock or non-stock.

United Stationers Purchase Orders are automatically created in Microsoft RMS based on what was sold during the day. Review and send Purchase Orders to United Stationers. United Stationers catalog of items and prices is automatically maintained in Microsoft RMS with daily download / updates.
