Some of the windows action title changed to Category 6, Category 7 etc

Hello,

Recently i noticed that our Business Central window has some list page where the action title changed to word Category 6, Category 7 etc. This happened to Sales Orders and Purchase Order list page but not on other pages such Sales Invoice and Purchase Invoice.

Example for page Sales order list:

Release changed to Category 6, Posting changed to Category 7, Print/Send changed to Category 8 and Navigate changed to Category 9

What could cause this to happen and how to rectify it?

Appreciate all suggestions.

We would need more information as to what you did to your system. Have you created an extension (or installed an extension) that extends Sales Orders or the Purchase Order list page? It could be that these page extensions overwrote the "PromotedActionCategories" property and did not implement the additional categories. Default only has the first 4 categories "named" and the rest are custom categories that you would have to define in this property.
