Dataverse capacity exceeded

Hello,

i have w warning of dataverse capacity exceeded, especially "Dataverse Log", and yet, I don't have any special routines for writing logs.
How can I clean them up? I did run the standard jobs and it haven't decreased.

And i have many dataverse file, but i havent attachement on my CRM.

When you have an over-usage on the log, it will consume capacity from the Dataverse database. In case you have selected to log changes on several tables, you can consider disabling them to prevent the logs from continued growing.

When i start a job to delete records from "FlowLog", it fail always with this message (from XrmToolbox" : This operation on elastic child unowned table is not allowed without parent record value.

If the capacity report doesn't clearly identify the source, it would be helpful to know:

Is this a Dynamics 365 environment or a Power Apps-only environment?

Which capacity type is exceeded?

Database

File

Log

Approximately how much storage is being used for each category?

Is Auditing enabled?

Do you have any custom plug-ins, Power Automate flows, or Copilot features enabled?

The Capacity > Top Tables report is usually the quickest way to identify the root cause. Once you know which table is consuming the Log or File capacity, you can determine the appropriate cleanup strategy.
