Is it possible to change the ui of Dynamics 365, to change the look of Dynamics 365 by adding different colours to Dashboard backgrounds and forms, changing text colours in forms and entity record pages etc. If yes then how? Please provide links!

What features are you using of Dynamics 365 as it contains functionality related to CRM, Field service, Production, Logistics, etc. Then I can help you determine the correct product area as CRM and Operations are different.

Can you explain if your question is related to the CRM features or Operations? The answer might be different. You specified 'Other' as version tag which is not providing enough information.
