Hi,
I am getting error message while deleting the pending vendor invoice . Error "Value can not be null.Parameter name : externalID.

Do you have customization on vendor invoice?
Which version do you use?
LCS has same error message but in a different area.
We use Dynamics 365. Yes there are customizations.

Check if the customizations can cause your error. You can test it in an environment without customizations. I have never seen this issue before.
Hi Anuba,
As mentioned by other community members, this issue seems to be related to a customization. If you personalize the form can you see the externalID field and verify that a value has been filled/selected? This might be something you can test to check if filling/selecting a value will allow you deleting the record.
