Say that I want to filter a view for a custom entity, considering TODAY as a variable. Currently Dynamics allow for TODAY, YESTERDAY or TOMORROW to be picked up as an operator:
However this means that this view will only shoe records where the date is equal to TODAY. What if I want to create a view to show all records where a date field is EQUAL TO, or EARLIER TO today's date?
I mean something like this:
Is there any way to achieve this with Dynamics?
Thank you for your answer.
Will "Las X Years" show ALL past data until today's date?
For example, if the date/time right now is 21-Dec-2022 at 15:30:10:
- Can I use "Last 50 Years" to show all data from since Dynamics was implemented, until 15:30:09 of 21-Dec-2022?
Hi pmdci,
It is difficult to convert today from operator to value, and it is difficult to make values dynamic without the help of 3rd tools.
The easiest way to do this is to use “Last X years” operator. As long as X is large enough you can overwrite all the data in the past.
