Access contact's information through admin account in native mobile app

Hi,

I am developing a native mobile app for contact view. My way for getting information is that I have username and password saved in contact entity. I am calling service through my admin user account and getting the information about that contact on behalf of that username and password. Is it a right way to get information related to contact? Is there any licensing issues because for each app service call I am authenticating with same admin account as I have only licensed user account for online instance.
