Error SQL - CRM 365

Posted on by 690

Good afternoon everyone,

I have CRM 2016 on premise in a testing environment, since I installed CRM 365 update 2.0, I've been getting the error below, when I'm going to disable SLA, when I try to create an Occurrence, when I try to save an Order, or In everything I do, someone has already gone through this?

RE: Error SQL - CRM 365

    Hello Ricardo,

This error is pretty generic. To get detailed explanation what hapenned you should turn on trace - support.microsoft.com/.../how-to-enable-tracing-in-microsoft-dynamics-crm restart IIS and reproduce error and trace folder will contain trace file with detailed information what actually hepenned on SQL level.
